Ideas for warm days and nights

Loving the cobalt blue that is being incorporated in fashion so here it is.
 
Building the blue from a neutral base, making this something that anyone could pull off

Quick and easy outfit that can be easily put together. Still so fun with color added here and there. Probably best with the tights being completely opaque.
 
Keep the makeup light, including a fairly neutral lip color for this one. Choice of nail color but I thought the ones added were a great set to choose from. Have fun!!!!
